线粒体自噬在运动改善胰岛素抵抗中的作用

摘要(Abstract):

运用文献资料法,对线粒体自噬在运动改善胰岛素抵抗中的作用研究现状进行分析与总结。结果显示:氧化损伤导致的线粒体功能紊乱是胰岛素抵抗的重要原因,而运动中生成的活性氧又可激活线粒体自噬进而清除受损线粒体,增强线粒体功能,缓解胰岛素抵抗,但参与其中的具体分子机制尚待探讨。
This study used the method of literature review to explore the role of mitophagy in insulin resistance which was improved by exercise. The results show that mitochondrial dysfunction caused by oxidative damage is an important reason for insulin resistance. Exercise can activate mitophagy, decrease dysfunctional mitochondria and finally ameliorate insulin resistance. The specific mechanism, however, needs to be further studied.
