基于AQI的中小学体育活动设计及实施建议

摘要(Abstract):

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对上海地区空气质量指数(AQI)变化情况和“每天1 h校园体育活动”开展情况进行调查;基于AQI变化情况对中小学生合理选择体育活动项目和运动负荷,减少因PM2.5超标对身体产生的危害进行研究。认为:在AQI>100时,选择下午在室内进行低强度、低耗氧量的体育活动较为适宜。提出善用教学智慧、设置活动内容、突出身体发展、彰显教育价值、促进学生身体素质健康发展的实施建议。
With various approaches such as literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and statistics, the research analyzed changes of PM2.5 index and the "one-hour-each-day campus physical activity" development in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, aiming to choose the reasonable physical activity and load for the primary and secondary school students according to AQI changes, and to reduce the harm done to them with PM2.5 exceeding the limit. It is concluded that when AQI is above 100, it is more appropriate to take less intense indoor exercises that consumes less oxygen in the afternoon. The research also provides strategies for witty design that is resourceful in teaching approaches with content highlighting the physical development and value of education, and is beneficial to the physical development of students.
